KStarr interviews Steven Kotler about the Flow state, or being in the Zone. If you’ve never heard of the flow state this interview is as good a place as any to start. Unfortunately, Steven says, there’s no magic bullet. The Flow is a high energy state so good nutrition and sleep hygiene is important. In a nutshell, limit your whole food intake to either 9 or 12 hours depending on how lean you are and have a shot of fast acting protein every 3 hours you’re not eating.
