MyoPure™ Egg White Protein is a complete protein that is rich in vitamins and minerals processed from the eggs in Belgium. It can be added to shakes or reconstituted as liquid egg white. We estimate that 1kg of egg white protein is equivalent to the whites from 168 60g eggs or 145 70g eggs. Or to look at it another way, 6g of egg white protein is approximately equivalent to the white from 1 60g egg.
To reconstitute add 25g to 175ml of lukewarm water (35-40°C). Alternatively, add to a cold beverage of your choice. 1 level scoop is approximately 32g.
